What is SumizAI?

How is SumizAI different from a normal AI chat?

A chat leaves you a scrollback. SumizAI turns an answer worth keeping into an ai note with a title, a summary, an expansion and the full record of the question and the answer, then files it into a chapter of the vault's table of contents and links it to related notes from inside its own text. The note is a .md file in a folder you choose.

What is the “Anti-Mess” Merge?

Before a new note is saved, the app searches the vault for one that already covers the topic. Full-text and trigram search produce the candidates, then a second model scores the match between 0 and 1 and explains the score. Above your threshold you are asked: merge into the existing note, or keep both. A vault can also be set to always merge or always create. A merge only appends — the original question and answer of the existing note are never edited or removed.

What are Smart Vaults?

A vault is a separate space for notes — Work, Study, a single project — and it is also a boundary: when you ask a question, the model sees notes from that vault and no other. Each vault has its own table of contents, its own duplicate mode and its own similarity threshold.

Can I turn my notes into a presentation?

Yes. A vault exports to PDF in two levels of detail — summaries only, or the full notes — and to a PowerPoint .pptx file with a choice of fifteen slide themes. Slides follow the order of the table of contents, and the original question and answer stored with each note never appear on a slide.
